THE THRIVE WOMEN'S WELLNESS APPROACH

Over the years of working as a Physical Therapist, I've found that many women don’t have as much information about their bodies as it pertains to their health.  This includes bowel, bladder, sexual health, pregnancy, bone density, care after cancer treatments or surgeries, changes in hormones and most importantly, stress.

 

The goal at Thrive Women’s Wellness Physical Therapy and Pilates is to work with the whole body.  We focus on problems related to the musculoskeletal system and how it affects physical movement through manual therapy and exercise.  We also address external and environmental factors that may impact overall health.  These factors may include stress management techniques, addressing the nervous system, and limiting environmental toxins to promote an optimal external environment for healing the body.
